We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unused and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure items are securely packaged for safe return. Return postage is at the sender’s expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect). Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. 

To request a return, please email us before sending any items back. Returns without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is faulty or defective, damaged in transit, not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. Where applicable, we may request photos to assist with assessment.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please kindly allow a few days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.

For hygiene, safety, and customisation reasons, perishable goods, personal care items, custom or personalised orders, gift cards or items marked as sale or clearance cannot be returned.
